(a) whether the Government proposes to delist Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited from Stock Exchange and merge it with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor; and
(c) the present status of the proposal and the time by which the two PSUs are likely to be merged?
