(a) the details of various projects of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in Gujarat;
(b) the status of each project, projectwise;
(c) the number of projects that are being delayed and reasons for delay, project-wise; and
(d) the efforts that have been made to complete the projects within the stipulated time or extended time?

(a) to (d) . The project-wise details of projects of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in the State of Gujarat are placed at Annexure-I. Project-wise details of delayed projects alongwith reasons for delay are placed at Annexure-II. Ministry of Road Transport & Highways and National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) have taken a number of steps for speedy completion of National Highway (NH) projects including streamlining of the process of land acquisition and other statutory clearances, harmonious substitution of Concessionaire, re-schedulement of Premium quoted by concessionaires, getting Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to treat road sector loans as secured, introduction of revamped dispute resolution mechanism and close coordination with other ministries etc.
