(a) whether the Attorney General of India (AGI) has made some suggestions for amendments of RTI Act;

(a) & (b): In response to a reference made to him, the Attorney General of India has opined that in order to protect the independence of judiciary and administration of justice, the RTI Act may need to be amended.

(c): No time frame can be prescribed to take decision in the matter.
