(a) & (b) No. The last Russia-India-China Trilateral Foreign Ministers Meeting was
held in Moscow in April 2012. A Joint Communiqué was issued at the end of the meeting.
The Communiqué reflected the common positions of the three countries on a broad range
of regional and international issues such as the situation in Afghanistan, countering
terrorism, non-proliferation, the situation in the Korean Peninsula, the role of United
Nations, situation in the Middle East and North Africa, the global financial crisis, WTO,
climate change, security cooperation in the Asia-Pacific etc. The meeting also reviewed
the various thematic cooperation formats in the areas of emergency response, healthcare,
agriculture, business and academic interactions.
