(a) whether Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the State Government`s and the steel players to set up steel plants in Orissa, Chhattisgarh and Jhrakhand;
(b) if so, whether some steel plants are being set up in the tribal areas of the above states; and
(c) if so, the details thereof?
