(d) the action taken by the Government on the said recommendations along with the outcome thereof?

(a) to (d): The recommendations made by the Second Admini- strative Reforms Commission (2nd ARC) in the paragraph No.8.6 of the 7th report titled `Capacity Building for Conflict Resolution - Friction to Fusion` regarding the Other Backward Class (OBC), decision of the government thereon and action taken so far are indicated in the enclosed statement.
