Will the Minister of HOUSING AND URBAN AFFAIRS be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has approved any proposal for cleaning and maintenance of Connaught Place through an outside agency and if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether the proposal to outsource cleanliness of Connaught Place involves mechanized housekeeping instead of manual labour and if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the displaced NDMC employees are likely to be relocated in other areas in order to secure their livelihood;
(d) whether sewage and waste disposal of the area are likely to be a part of the contract; and
(e) if so, the details thereof and if not, the steps being taken by the NDMC for effective sewage treatment and waste disposal?
