(a) whether the Government plans to take a decision regarding special grant of Rs. 1,409 crores to implement door delivery program in Andhra Pradesh;
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the Government will adopt this as a national program in the light of COVID-19 pandemic for door to door delivery of essential food items to ration card holders in the light of the success of this pilot program of the Andhra Pradesh State Government; and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
