(a) the length of roads constructed during the last three years in the country, State-wise;
(b) the number of tenders floated and contracts awarded thereafter for road construction during the said period in the country;
(c) the length of roads for which bidding process is still pending along with the total cost of these bids/ projects; and
(d) the length of roads pending for construction whose bidding process has been completed alongwith the total cost thereof, State-wise?

(a) The State-wise construction of National Highways (NHs) during the last three years is given in Annexure-I.
(b) NH projects of about 31,496 km length were tendered and awarded during the Financial Year (FY) 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20.
(c) The bidding process is still pending in about 6,532 Km length of NHs costing Rs. 1, 36,703 Cr. in the current Financial Year upto August, 2020.
(d) The State-wise details of ongoing projects for construction of NHs ending August, 2020 is given in Annexure-II.
