(a):The Levy Sugar Price Equalisation Fund (LSPEF) claims are submitted
by CONFED to the Food Corporation of India (FCI) for payment. The FCI has
informed that the payment of levy sugar bills submitted by CONFED for
the period up to March, 2012 has already been made on provisional
basis on 01.03.2013.
(b):The levy sugar margin for the years 1999-2000 to 2010-11 have been
restructured and communicated to the State Government vide letters dated
16.04.2013, 31.07.2013 and 13.08.2013. The margins could not be revised
earlier due to non-submission of supportive documents by CONFED.
