(a) As all loans for projects of Andhra Pradesh as indeed
for all other States, from the World Bank last year were taken
by Government of India and on-lent by Government of India to
Government of Andhra Pradesh, there was no requirement or occasion
to provide any guarantee for those loans.
(b) & ( c ) : Does not arise, as no loan to be guaranteed by
Government of India was sought by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
