(a) & (b): 1259 Bighas 16 Biswas of land has been acquired in village Averi, District Kulu for the purpose of locating Army Units. The families who were residing on the acquired land have since been shifted. Now it has been found that 261 Bighas 16 Biswas of State Government land is lying within the acquired land which needs to be transferred/mutated in the name of Ministry of Defence. `No objection` for the same has been asked for by the Army authorities which is awaited from the State Government.
