(a) whether the Government have received any representations regarding misuse of National Parks and illegal custody of wild animals captured from forests during the last five years;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) the action taken in this regard?

(a),(b)&(c) Protection and management of national parks and forest areas is the
responsibility of the State Governments. Cases of violation inside the national parks and
sanctuaries and illegal possession of wild animals are detected by them from time to time.
However, the information in respect of these cases is not compiled and collated by the Central
Government.
