(a) Whether the Government proposes to bifurcate the Prasar Bharati into various divisions as reported in the Economic Times dated August 1, 2007;

(b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the reasons therefor; and

(c) the time by when the said proposal is likely to be implemented?
