(a) whether the newly included castes in the list of Scheduled Castes and
Scheduled Tribes are being given more benefits than the old castes;
(b) if so, the details thereof, caste-wise and State-wise;
(c) whether the Government proposes to take any action in this regard;and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
