(e) in Karnataka has been infested with army worms (Sainika Hulu);

(b) if so, whether said worm has affected the crop in the State four years ago too;

(c) whether the Government are providing any assistance to the State to check this worm attack; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(b): No, Sir.
