be pleased to state the details of the steps taken by the Government to fill up the existing vacancy positions in the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and the other allied offices of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs?

IN THE MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS
The vacant posts in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Headquarters, Regional Directorates, Offices of Registrar of Companies, Offices of Official Liquidators, Serious Fraud Investigation Office, and other allied organisations/institutions are filled up as per the laid down procedure, as and when vacancies arise. Apart from efforts to fill up vacant posts as per laid down procedure, the following additional steps are taken by the Ministry:
(i) Relaxations have been provided in the Recruitment Rules, whenever deemed necessary.
(ii) Appointment of consultants and staff is done on outsourcing basis.
(iii) Officers are deployed on loan basis to organisations/institutions.
