(a) whether the Government are aware that activities of private hospitals and nursing homes in the country engaged in providing medical facilities to the patients who visit in their hospitals are facing with needless test, unecessary surgeries, expensive medicines and charging high rate from the patients particularly in Batra Hospital and Jaipur Golden Hospital, Delhi/New Delhi;
(b) if so, whether common people are unable to get the medical facilities due to such activities in these hospitals/nursing homes; and
(c) if so, the steps taken by the Government to check such activities in these private hospitals?
