(a) whether the officials under his Ministry have not attended the prestigious Global Media Forum, 2015 in Germany;
(b) if so, the details thereof along with the reasons for absence of Indian officials;
(c) whether any steps have been taken by the Government to avoid these kind of irregularities in future which costs India''s representation on the global level; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?

(a): Yes Sir.
(b) to (d): The proposals for participation in international Forums/ Conferences are proposed, examined and processed in the Government on case to case basis and as per Government guidelines. No specific guideline or order is required to be issued by the Government pursuant to non-participation of officials in Global Media Forum 2015.
