Question : Legal Services Cadet Corps

(a) whether the Government / National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) proposes to establish Legal Services Cadet Corps (LSCC) at school level in the country ;

(b) If so, the details and the present status thereof including the total number of students enrolled in LSCC at present, State-wise ;

(c) whether any weightage of the performance in LSCC is given to the students in their annual examination etc. and during employment also; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?

(a) No Madam. Government/National Legal Services Authority has no proposal to establish Legal Services Cadet Corps (LSCC) at school level in the country.
(b) to (d) In view of (a), it does not arise.
