(a)(b)&(c) Education is the subject of the State Government, Coal India and its subsidiary
companies do not run any Educational Institutions. As part of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR), Coal India and its subsidiary companies are providing financial assistance and
infrastructure to some Educational Institutions. There is no employer-employee relationship
between the teachers and the Management of Coal India Limited.
