Will the Minister of ELECTRONICS AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government has published any Results-Framework Document for the past five years;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, whether the Government has framed any alternative evaluation framework for assessment, which clearly identifies objectives, success indicators and target/actual values on those indicators?
(a): Yes, Madam.
(b): The publications of Results-Framework Document (RFD) are accessible on Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology’s website. The URL of RFD is “http://meity.gov.in/performance-management”. The Results-Framework Document for year 2013-2014, published during the past five years is also available on the Ministry’s Official website.
(c): Does not arise in view of (a) and (b) above.
