Question : Sahayak System in Army

(a) whether the Government proposes to scrap the Sahayak System presently in place for high level officers in the army;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) whether the Government proposes to make any other arrangement in this regard; and

(d) if so, the details thereof and if not, the reasons therefor?
