(b) if so, the details thereof and if not , the reasons therefor;
(c) the reaction of the Government thereto; and
(d) the time by which the Nehru Yuva Kendra will be set up in Sheohar district?

in the Country including one in Sheohar district of Bihar whose office address is as under:-
