(a) whether the Government proposes to connect Jalore and Sirohi district headquarters from Swaroopganj to Kishanganj Kalandril Balut Mandali to Jalore district headquarters with the National Highway in view of problems faced by local people during rainy season; and
(b) if so, the details thereof?

(a) to (b) The road from Swaroopganj to Kishanganj, Kalandril, Balut, Mandali to Jalore provides connectivity through State Roads, which is under the jurisdiction of Government of Rajasthan. Ministry is primarily responsible for development and maintenance of National Highways and Ministry has no such proposal for providing above connectivity through National Highway.
