Question : NBFC Cases with CLB

(a) the number of cases of default by Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) were pending with the erstwhile Company Law Board(CLB) all over the country; and

(b) the steps taken during the last three years to expedite this judicial process by the recently constituted National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)?
