(a) whether the Government is aware that the information asked by the Members of
Parliament is not given by the NIOS Gujarat and HQ Authority and if so, the
details thereof;
(b) whether the Government is also aware that the information sought under the RTI
Act, 2005 is not given by NIOS Gujarat RTI officer to the RTI applicants and if so,
the details thereof; and
(c) if so, the action taken against the concerned RTI officers by the Government?

(a): National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)has informed that all the information
asked by the Hon’ble Members of Parliament have been provided by them.
(b): NIOS has informed that all the information sought for under RTI applications
have been provided by them. At present, no RTI application relating to NIOS Gujarat is
pending.
