(a): Yes, Sir.
(b): The Government is implementing a Centrally Sponsored Scheme on `Macro-
Management in Agriculture – Supplementation/Complementation of State efforts` through work
plan` including floriculture program. The program includes area expansion, transfer of
technology, and post-harvest management of flowers. The National Horticulture Board is
implementing a scheme on `Development of Commercial Horticulture through Production and
Post-Harvest Management` for commercial production of flowers and providing back ended
capital investment subsidy @ 20% of the total project cost.
