(a) whether amount has been provided in the Central Budget for the third and fourth phase of the construction work of the Kollam by-pass of National Highway-47 ;
(b) if so, the details thereof ; and
(c) the action taken for expediting the second phase of the construction work of the aforesaid by-pass?

(b) : Does not arise.
