(a)&(b): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts training programmes for principals
and teachers to equip them with the knowledge and the skills required to sensitize students for the prevention
of drug use. From time to time, the Board also issues advisories to schools for the promotion of drug abuse
awareness and prevention. The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has also taken steps to check
the use of drugs in and around the educational institutes through various awareness programmes staged by the
student wing of the National Social Service (NSS).
