(a)-(d) The India-China boundary in the Eastern Sector has been established by the
Indo-Tibetan Agreement of March 1914. This Agreement was signed by Sir Henry McMahon,
Secretary to the Government of India, Foreign and Political Department and Lonchen
Shatra, Tibetan Plenipotentiary. China illegally claims 90,000 square kilometres of
Indian territory in the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh in the Eastern Sector.
