(a) whether the National Bureau of Soil Survey and Land Use Planning
(NBSS & LUP), a constituent of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR)
has entrusted the work of construction of residential quarters and office-cum-
laboratory in New Delhi to the Central Public Works Department (CPWD);
(b) if so, the details thereof;
(c) whether the CPWD has completed the project; and
(d) if so, the details thereof and if not the reasons therefor?
