(a) whether the Government is contemplating to cut the financial allocation to the
States for various rural development schemes with effect from current financial year;
(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor; and
(c) the reaction of the State Governments in this regard ?

(a): The Ministry of Rural Development is not contemplating to cut the financial allocation
to the States for various rural development schemes with effect from current financial year.
