(a) the details of demand of fertilizers made by Chhattisgarh Government from the Ministry during the last two years till date, name-wise and quantum-wise;
(b) the quantum of fertilizer supplied to Chhattisgarh against the said demand till this season;
(c) whether there is shortage of fertilizers for farmers in Chhattisgarh;and
(d) if so, the details thereof?
