(a) whether the Government propose to lay a gas pipeline from Turkemenistan to India via Afghanistan;
(b) if so the details thereof;
(c) the amount of expenditure likely to be incurred on the laying of the pipeline; and
(d) the city upto which this pipeline is being laid?
