(a) to (d) Yes, Madam. Total number of cases reported across the country are 15, details of which are placed at Annexure-I, which includes 2 cases from Maharashtra, 3 cases from Uttar Pradesh and 2 cases from Bihar. Out of these 15 cases, inquiry has been completed and action taken in three cases, as per details given in Annexure-II.
