(a) & (b) Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) has issued orders which,
inter alia, provide pension scheme within 30% ceiling of Basic Pay and DA.
The Pension Scheme is to be framed and operated by the Central Public Sector
Enterprises (CPSEs).
(c), DPE has issued orders enhancing Gratuity to Rs. 10 lakh in respect of CPSEs
employees. However, CPSE wise information is not centrally maintained.
