MINISTER OF DEFENCE (SHRI PRANAB MUKHERJEE)
(a) to (d): Replacement of ageing aircraft is an on-going process. Programmes are drawn up and implemented from time to time for replacement of ageing aircraft. Adequate funds required for the purpose are made available by the Government. It would not be in the interest of national security to give further details of the programmes of phasing out and replacements.
