(a) to (c) There is plan to revive Bengal Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (BCPL).
The Board for Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises (BRPSE) at its meeting held
on 25.8.2006 has since recommended the Modified Scheme for revival of BCPL. Further
action has been initiated to obtain the approval of the competent authority for the
revival scheme of the Company.
