Question : AEROBATIC SHOWS

(a) whether the Indian Air Force (IAF) conducts aerobatic shows every year;

(b) if so, the details thereof;

(c) the number of accidents and deaths reported during the aerobatic shows / for the last three years and the current year along with the reasons for such accidents and deaths; and

(d) the preventive measures taken by the IAF in this regard?

(a) & (b): Indian Air Force (IAF) conducts Aerobatic shows on occasions of national importance including President Standard Presentation to units, biennial Aero-India show and Air Force Day Parade.

(c) & (d): The information is being collected and will be laid on the Table of the House.
