(a) and (b): Yes, Sir. ITDC is considering a plan to renovate and upgrade interior and
service works of three floors, engineering services, main lobby and redevelopment of
landscape for front area etc. of Ashok Hotel, New Delhi.
(c): The project cost of this limited renovation and upgradation of the hotel is
estimated to be approximately Rs.90 crore as per the scope of work currently envisaged
and the completion time will be approximately 18 months.
