(a) whether the payment of various recoveries has not been made to National Handloom Development Corporation Ltd. (NHDC);
(b) if so, the recovery-wise details thereof;
(c) if not, the reasons for no recovery till date; and
(d) the number of Officers held responsible in this regard along with the details of action taken against them?

(a) to (c) Indian Overseas Bank Indira Nagar, Lucknow had debited a sum of Rs 6.61 crore twice in the account of NHDC, Lucknow Office on 14th May 2018 against Single RTGS payment advice and remitted the amount in favour of 11 yarn suppliers. Rs 3.74 crore has been recovered and efforts are being made to recover balance amount of Rs 2.87 crore.
(d) Administrative action has been initiated against three officials of NHDC who were prima facie involved in these irregularities.
