(a) whether the Delhi High Court, in its verdict on November 18, 1998, had allowed an electropathy institution in Delhi to give diplomas/certificates in the Electropathy/Electrohomoeopathy system of medicine and the diploma/certificate holders could practice;
(b) if so, whether the Government have filed an appeal against this verdict in the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court upheld high court`s verdict;
(c) if so, whether the Government have passed the relevant orders in this regard;
(d) if so, the details thereof; and
(e) if not, the reasons therefor?
