(a) whether many posts, reserved for scheduled castes/scheduled tribes in different categories under various Departments and PSUs, are lying vacant;
(b) if so, the details thereof, as on date;
(c) the year-wise and category-wise details of appointments made during the last three years and the current year;
(d) whether rules prescribed for appointment and promotion of persons belonging to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes have been adhered to; and
(e) if not, the remedial measures taken in this regard?
