(a)&(b) Yes, Sir. Investigation was ordered on 8th August, 2002 and investigation completed and report received on 8th June, 2004. The investigation was carried out by an Inspector appointed by the Central Government under section 237 of the Companies Act, 1956.
(c) Does not arise.
