Question : LAND RIGHTS OF COAL MINES

(a) Whether the Government propose to transfer the land rights of coal mines to the private or ancilliary companies;

(b) if so, the details thereof and the reasons therefor;

(c) whether the Government have made any study in this regard; and

(d) if so, the details thereof?
