(a) whether cases of recusal by judges are on the rise year after year;
(b) if so, the number of judges who recused them from hearing cases; (c)whether this practice is delaying the hearing of cases and is time consuming and if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether judges do not give any reason for recusal from hearing cases;
(e) if so, whether Government propose to make it mandatory for judges to give reasons for recusal; and
(f) if so, the details thereof and time by which a final decision is likely to be taken thereon?
