(a) to (c): The Government of Telangana had submitted a proposal for setting up of Hyderabad – Warangal Industrial Corridor and Hyderabad – Nagpur Industrial Corridor. The same was considered by National Industrial Corridor Development & Implementation Trust (NICDIT) and it was decided that Government of Telangana would carry out a feasibility study and identify available land for this project. Subsequently, the Government of Telangana submitted final feasibility reports for the above stated industrial corridors in October, 2019. To consider these feasibility reports, recently, a meeting has been held in January, 2020 between the officials of National Industrial Corridor Development Corporation Ltd. (NICDC Ltd.) and Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (TSIIC) wherein it has been decided that TSIIC would submit a revised proposal in accordance with the institutional & financial structure as approved by the Government of India for development of industrial corridor projects.
(d): Besides progress of ongoing works related to creation of trunk infrastructures at various nodes of Delhi Mumbai industrial Corridor (DMIC); there is sunstantial progress in work related to two nodes at Tumakuru (Karnataka) and Krishnapatanam (Andhra Pradesh) in Chennai Bengaluru Industrial corridor (CBIC). Also at Ponneri node (Tamil Nadu) under CBIC, there is substantial progress in completion of various formalities as per approved Institutional and Financial Structure for Industrial Corridor Projects. In addition to the above projects, there is some progress in documentation work relating to development as Industrial Corridors in Telangana and Odisha.
