Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government proposes to allocate more funds in order to further strengthen Rashtriya Arogya Mission;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c): Funds allocated for the National Health Mission as per Budget Estimates (2020-21) is Rs. 33,400 crore. Government is also implementing an Umbrella scheme of Rashtriya Arogya Nidhi for providing financial assistance for treatment of poor patients suffering from life threatening diseases for which the fund allocated in Budget Estimates 2020-21 is Rs. 177.32 crore.
