(a) whether the Union Government have agreed with the proposal of Karnataka State to
allocate foodgrains for use as cattle fodder to tide over the fodder scarcity in the drought affected areas of the State;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a),(b)&(c): Yes, Sir. It has been decided to release feed category foodgrains, free of
cost, to the State of Karnataka to tide over fodder scarcity in the drought affected areas of
the State.
